Rays of Light

In March 2022, V4C donated $2500.00 to Rays of Light in supporting Fine Arts activities for the children with special needs. Rays of Light is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing children with special needs and their families in the Dallas metro area (https://www.raysoflightdallas.org/).
